CHARDONNAY

It is the cornerstone of our alpine white sparkling wine production. The moraine amphitheater where the Podere's vineyards grow ensures optimal ripening of the grapes: the favorable climate and significant temperature variations minimize intervention in the vineyard and guarantee the perfect health and integrity of the product. The high exposure to the sun and the clayey, calcareous soil of the terroir give body, freshness, and an excellent aromatic profile to our Chardonnay. Hand-picking the grapes into wooden crates and gentle pressing leaves the fruit intact and stress-free. The must ferments naturally in temperature-controlled tanks, ready to be bottled for a few months of aging. The nectar is straw yellow in color with golden highlights, while the nose is dominated by very fresh floral notes. On the palate, it is vibrant and fresh, with savory notes reminiscent of the mineral power of our land.
