It is the result of a careful selection of the finest Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, hand-picked in 20-kg crates by our harvesters under the supervision of our winemaker Fabio Bigolin. The grapes are vinified separately to enhance their specific characteristics, then perfectly blended into a Bordeaux blend with robust body and structure, yet French elegance. This reserve ages in oak barrels for four years, followed by a further 12 months in bottles stacked horizontally in the quiet cellar. A full-bodied and mature wine, aristocratic and long-lived, with floral notes, often with spicy undertones.
