This wine is the result of a selection of the best Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It is handpicked using 20 kg boxes, vinified separately in order to ensure the exaltation of flavors and only then integrated perfectly in the Bordeaux cut after a careful assembly.

This wine ages in oak barrels for 12 months and then rests for another 12 months in bottles stacked in our wine cellar in a horizontal position.

Harvest season: Merlot end of September, Cabernet Sauvignon mid-October
The aging process takes 12 months in a big barrel (30 hl) and then 12 months in a bottle

IT SHOULD BE SERVED AT A TEMPERATURE OF 16 -18 °C (60 – 64 °F)
